It's a blend of larping and cosplay - a summer weekend festival dedicated to magic, community and fun. We work to make this space inclusive to the neurodiverse, queer and disabled. This is an 18+ event.
Tickets go on sale on the 21st of April at 7pm. They will be sold on Eventbrite. Our blend of Larp and Cosplay will be taking place at Camp Katur. We recommend signing up to our newsletter and discord so you don't miss anything.
We will be having three realms this year - The Fae, Witches, and Warriors. They will have specific workshops, talks, and markets and will compete in the Trials of Discord to prove who should rule of the kingdom for the next year.
Our workshops will run between 30 minutes to an hour. Each person will be able to prebook 1 workshop per person per day, any other empty slots will be offered during the opening ceremony on a first come basis.
We have a range of entertainment throughout the weekend. Check out our socials as we annouce our program, including entertainment exclusively for our campers.

The Conclave of Chaos is an 18+ cosplay and LARP festival that aims to bring together a community of diverse and passionate individuals in a natural setting. The event features workshops, trials, and entertainment across three realms: Witches, Fae Forest, and Warriors Keep.
The Conclave of Chaos event takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, from August 26th to August 28th, 2023. The event will be held at Camp Katur, located at the following address:

General Attendance - 10.30 - 12.00 on Saturday and Sunday
Attendees can pre-book one activity per ticket per day during the Enrollment process. VIP ticket holders have early access to pre-book their chosen activity. Additional empty slots in activities can be signed up for during the opening ceremony on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Trials of Discord are competitive activities that are part of the events Lore such as archery, cosplay, capture the flag etc. Realm hosts will judge these competitions and the realm that wins will oversee the kingdom for the year and be given certain privileges and prizes.
We have the open ceremony at 12 on both Saturday and Sunday. This is to make sure everyone has checked in and settled, make sure any questions before the event commences can get answered and for people to be able to book any additional empty slots for the workshops on a first come first serve basis.
Yes, the Conclave of Chaos event is dog-friendly. Please ensure your dog is well-behaved and kept on a leash when necessary.
Absolutely - we have a somewhat interactive Lore where our attendees can make decisions on where the story goes along with the option to submit their character to be added into the lore - more information can be found in our discord and on our community section
Want to cosplay as characters from different realms? That's really exciting!! Can't wait to see where your creativity leads you - all we ask is that if you are going to participate in the Trials of Discord, that you dress as the realm you are representing for the competitions you are involved in. We wouldn't want you to be proclaimed the champion dressed in another realm's garb - imagine the political scandal!
